Welcome to MoonHire ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and healthcare consultancy services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MoonHire is a healthcare consultancy that connects qualified healthcare professionals (nurses and general practitioners) with healthcare facilities across the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries. Our services include:

• • Credential verification and eligibility assessment
• • DataFlow PSV guidance and support
• • Candidate-facility matching services
• • Interview coordination
• • Post-placement support for up to 12 months

Important: MoonHire is a consultancy service, not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee employment or placement outcomes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• • Maintain and promptly update your account information
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials
• • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

4. Fees and Payments

For Healthcare Professionals (Candidates)

MoonHire does not charge fees to healthcare professionals seeking placement opportunities. All consultancy costs are covered by healthcare facilities (clients).

For Healthcare Facilities (Clients)

Healthcare facilities are subject to consultancy fees as outlined in their individual service agreements. Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are specified in each client's contract with MoonHire.

5. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• • Impersonate any person or entity
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Interfere with or disrupt our Services
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• • Upload falsified credentials or documents

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of MoonHire or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We do not guarantee:

• • Employment or placement outcomes for candidates
• • Availability of qualified candidates for healthcare facilities
• • Successful completion of visa or licensing processes
• • DataFlow PSV verification outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONHIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoonHire and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
